Payments

Accepted methods of Payment include Cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal.

Payment Plans

We are open to short term holds with a non-refundable deposit of 25%, due to weather related issues. Deposits/payments are non-transferable or refundable. If there is no response within 7 days for shipping/payment due, the deposit will be void and the animal relisted for sale.

Shipping Terms

We prefer local pickup. We can ship throughout the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping(Continental USA only).

Domestic shipping is done through Morph Market FedEx Priority Overnight. For an accurate shipping quote when inquiring please include your zip code. Shipping starts at $50 and goes up from there based on size, weight, and distance. We ship out on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday only. Michigan experiences both very hot and very cold temperatures and shipping may be held do to weather, temperature or any other circumstance that may effect the health of the animals. Additional shipping supplies during hot or cold weather will result in a slightly increased shipping rates.

Shipping below 40F or above 80F will be at our discretion and will not be covered under our LAG.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or any other delivery issues, including DOA due to carrier delays, however we will work with you to keep you informed and help locate any "MIA" shipments.

​Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is only included if ALL of the following are met.

1. Shipping temperature is within 40-80 degrees for both the sending and receiving locations

2. Shipment is shipped directly to the hub for pickup

3. Notification via email, phone call, or text message/private message (preferred method) within 1 hour of arrival, this includes hub pick ups.

4. Proof of DOA(Pictures, Videos, and/or return of the frozen DOA(at our expense) may be required)

5. On time arrival (no carrier delays)

If all 5 of these criteria are met a replacement animal of equal value will be given or a credit for the purchase cost to be used towards another animal.

Health Guarantee

When you receive your animal please do a thorough examination for any health issues and notify us immediately if there is a problem. Once the animal is your care its health is no longer under our control. If a problem occurs please contact us immediately. All situations will be handled on a case by case basis and although there is no guarantee past arrival, if we determine that the problem is due to our error we may choose to replace or credit you. You may be asked to provide information about your husbandry practices or other pertinent information. All related shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All photographs are taken are not edited in any way. Animals may appear differently under different artificial light sources or natural lighting and may vary based on shed cycles and other natural changes. I will do my best to honestly depict every animal as accurately as possible but due to those circumstance minor differences may occur.
